I hate abortion. I hate weed. I hate drugs. I hate Obama. I hate the liberal agenda. I hate the new health care bill. I hate the unbalanced budget. I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. I love Guns. I love freedom. I love the Constitution. I love Chik-fil-a. I love the NRA. Above all I love liberty. Problem?
I’m fine with everything else but-
Abortion is a choice and having a choice is a liberty
Also gay individuals marrying is another liberty
other than that you’re good to go
Fuck OP. If you want to smoke weed, do drugs, or eat Chik-Fil-A it’s all the same. It’s not exactly good for your health, but it’s your right to be able to do so. And you’ve got no right to tell anyone what to do with their body. Oh, and I’d like to suggest that you exercise your constitutional right to go suck a big fat cock.
I feel like he might have been trying to say that he believes in all these things, but above all else, he believes in the individual’s right to choose for themselves, and thus what he believes is rather irrelevant in the scheme of things. If that was the case, it was a good message, but worded really badly.
No, that’s not what he’s saying at all.
Just another douchebag bigot in a uniform.
Do people like this even know what the word “freedom” actually means, or do they just repeat it over and over because they read it off a bumper sticker with a picture of an American flag on it? I mean, he’s essentially saying “I love freedom but only when it applies to me.”
Newt Gingrich is a shitty fucking liar, Ron Paul is a racist fucking asshole, Michelle Bachmann is a stupid fucking moron, Herman Cain is a goddamn joke, Rick Perry doesn’t know anything about the way the government works, and they’re all homophobic pieces of shit. And as a bonus: Donald Trump is a self-imporant fucking scumbag. Oh, and fuck Mitt Romney too.
""This wouldn’t be tolerated if it was Michelle Obama, it shouldn’t be tolerated for a conservative woman,"
-Michelle Bachmann, regarding The Roots playing Fishbone’s “Lyin’ Ass Bitch” for her intro music.
First off, The Roots are one of the favorite bands and the fact that they did this made me so happy. But anyway…
The thing Bachmann seems to not understand about this is that she is in fact, a liar. And that is not even opinion. There is no debating that. She has lied about the HPV vaccine, the ACLU’s involvement with interrogation, the role of Planned Parenthood, and so many other things. One could argue that she’s not a liar, she is just wrong, but for someone in her position who so many people listen to (for some unfeasible reason), being misinformed and accidentally spreading misinformation is at least just as bad as intentionally doing so. The fact that she is a conservative has nothing to do with it (insofar as the fact that she is a conservative has nothing to do with her being a disgusting, lying, scumbag, but I’ll leave that up to you).
This is very interesting to me because I’ve never heard of this before. I hold strong to the fact that people who try to use the Bible to justify their bigotry either a) never actually bothered to read the Bible, or b) intentionally pick and choose which parts they want to agree with in order to validate their homophobia. And that’s not even taking into account the ways that it can be argued that the Bible doesn’t actually even consider homosexuality immoral at all.
